A Junior Sous Chef is available at a multi outlet Spa Hotel located in Melton Mowbray. As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Senior staff to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 16 chefs. The spa hotel serves 100 plus covers each day in the restaurant serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. The hotel also has a busy function and banqueting department and is a popular wedding venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
Requirements:
- The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen.
- Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills.
