A privately owned stunning country house hotel is seeking a dynamic Head Chef who can put their own stamp on the premises. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Head Chef with menus in the restaurant featuring a wide selection of modern British food. The hotel also boasts function rooms that can serve 100 plus covers, and is planning to invest in wedding marquees. All food is made with fresh seasonal produce sourced locally where possible. As this is a Head Chef role you will be responsible for all areas of kitchen management including paperwork, implementation of hygiene legislation, financial performance, rotas, ordering and stock management.
Requirements:
An experienced passionate Head Chef with experience in a fresh food property is required for this role. This role would suit a Head Chef wanting to put their stamp on the menu who has a proven track record of leading a team whilst catering for both volume and quality fresh food.
