An exciting Sous Chef position is available to join an experienced team at a luxury country spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The hotel has a variety of outlets but in this position of Sous Chef you will assist to run the brasserie restaurant, lounge bar and afternoon tea services. The brasserie serves international dishes which are made using all fresh ingredients, and is open for both lunchtime and dinner service. This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel and is busy all year round.
Requirements:
- An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head or sous chef with a proven track record working in a minimum 1 AA rosette multi outlet fresh food establishment.
