A Chef de Partie role is available at a multi outlet Spa Hotel located in the Cheshire Countryside. As Chef de Partie, you will assist the senior staff to organise and train the commis chefs in the brigade of 15. The spa hotel has 2 kitchens: one for the brasserie restaurant that offers international fresh food dishes, the lounge bar menu, and afternoon teas. The brasserie serves up to 200 for breakfast, 100 for lunch, and again up to 200 for dinner. The second well-equipped kitchen serves the busy conference and banqueting department which consists of multiple rooms catering for up to 300 covers for meetings, events, weddings, and parties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress as you will be given the opportunity to work across all of the sections.
Requirements: The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who is looking for a role where they can commit themselves in a fast-paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills.
