A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to join a brigade managed by one of the country’s leading executive chefs. A chef role ranging from Commis to Chef de Partie is available for the right chef who is fully motivated to succeed. The hotel offers an acclaimed restaurant serving seasonally, locally sourced fresh food dishes to 4 AA rosette standard, tasting menus, lighter lunches on the terrace, afternoon teas and is famous as a wedding and conference venue. This is an excellent property and a fantastic opportunity for a chef to join the brigade of 12 Chefs.
This is a short term contract until 31st December 2025 but it could be extended.
Requirements:
This role would suit a very strong Commis chef or a chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in their career. The successful chef can be currently be working at Commis through to Chef de Partie level but must have exposure to fine dining to a minimum of 3 AA rosette level.
