A Chef de Partie position is available at a four star town house hotel which is a busy dining venue serving seasonally changing fresh, modern British dishes and grill specialities in the restaurant. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Chef de Partie role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Senior Chefs and working with a brigade of 8 Chefs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing hotel company.

Requirements

CVs will be considered from experienced Commis Chefs or Chef de Parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years. A Chef who has the drive and ability to work well under pressure and is a good all rounder.
