Two Chef de Partie roles are available at an exciting new bar and dining concept which has recently opened. This is an opportunity to join a successful company at the beginning and to be involved in the development of the business to become a must visit dining establishment. The senior Chefs will invest time to train you in order to ensure that you can work to the high standards expected at the venue. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be assisting with the preparation of a variety of bar snacks throughout the day and also dishes the bistro, all of which use fresh seasonal food. This is a fantastic opportunity for Chefs looking to join a forward thinking company, with excellent opportunities to progress.
Requirements
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef de Parties with a quality background including a minimum of 1 year in a fine dining kitchen.
