A Chef de Partie roles is available at a four star, 1AA rosette awarded, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of 10 chefs. The property has three restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from CDP Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 1 year. A CDP Chef who is committed, has drive to achieve and is ambition.
