An experienced Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a luxury Boutique Hotel in a very busy tourist location especially at weekends. You will be required to work 5 days a week which will be straight shifts starting at 6.30am each morning and finishing at 3pm. The hotel offers plated breakfast service in the restaurant, which you will be expected to prepare using good quality fresh ingredients. As Breakfast Chef you will be working alone on the breakfast service but will then prep for the next day and assist the rest of the team of chefs as needed.
Requirements
The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking for large numbers using fresh ingredients. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
