The Exec Head Chef of a popular and successful small independent pub company is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen teams around Lichfield. The pubs have a main menu, pizza menu (wood fired oven onsite) and a small plate menu allowing the properties to offer high quality food in a relaxed dining environment making it a dining choice for locals and passing trade.
In this role of Sous Chef you will assist the senior team members with the day to day running of the department and the management of the team of chefs working below you.
Requirements:
- A stable background working at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level in a busy, high quality, fresh food pub kitchen is required for this role.
- It is important that you can work well under pressure as well as having good kitchen management and team leadership skills.
