The owners of a country Inn are seeking a Sous Chef who can ensure the current high standards and reputation of their fresh food restaurant. The kitchen has a team of four chefs who you will work with ensuring a punctual, quality service. The menu of modern British classics is served using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
Requirements:
An enthusiastic Sous Chef who can show longevity working in a similar fresh food pub environment where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a strong team leader who has a mature approach to training in the kitchen in order to get the best out of your team. All chefs should be fully aware of current hygiene legislation with experience of training others in this area and ensuring it is followed at all times.
