Sous Chef – TP2481

An established independent Italian Restaurant close to Rotherham is recruiting for a Sous Chef with experience in fresh food Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine cooked to a high standard. In this role of Sous Chef, you will be assisting to lead a team of chefs to deliver freshly prepared and cooked dishes.

Requirements:

• A Sous chef who has a proven track record of working in a well-established kitchen, promotes teamwork, is enthusiastic, courteous, pays excellent attention to details, and is flexible with a can-do attitude.
• A Sous Chef who has experience working in fresh food Italian restaurants and works effectively and efficiently to a high standard while remaining calm under pressure.
