This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a successful and growing company at one of their well-run Country Inns. The Inn, situated in a beautiful North Yorkshire village, offers rosette standard dining in the restaurant. The Inn prides itself on providing menus featuring modern British dishes made using local fresh seasonally changing ingredients which showcase the great British flavours on offer. You will be working with a committed brigade of chefs whom you will lead in the Head Chef\’s absence, so good leadership skills are also required. Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also part of this role.
