A Sous Chef role is available at a four star, 1AA rosette awarded, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of 10 chefs. The property has three restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests.
Requirements:
- CVs will be considered from Sous Chefs with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations.
- Sous chefs should have the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development, and ensure high levels of food standards are achieved.
