The owners of this newly refurbished boutique hotel situated in the stunning lake district countryside are seeking a Sous Chef who is looking for a challenge. The property is opening in the spring and will have a restaurant that offers a menu consisting of fresh homecooked dishes, along with a simpler bar menu. The kitchen has also been refurbished with new up-to-date equipment, and you will be working with one other chef. This is a great opportunity for a chef looking to make their mark, as you will have a strong input on the current menus and also on the way the business will develop in the future.
Requirements:
- An experienced Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation, with a stable background and an appetite to take on a challenge.
