The Owners of this fantastic popular upmarket café/restaurant and event space in the heart of the peak district, is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie who can bring some ideas to the menus. In this role you will be preparing and cooking fresh food dishes including desserts and cakes for the regularly changing seasonal menus. This is a vibrant modern and chic place to eat and is very busy during the tourist seasons. A fantastic opportunity to work in a small but committed team where you will only work day time hours 10am to 6pm.

Requirements:

  • All chefs applying for this position must have all round cooking skills gained from fresh food establishments.
  • You must have a calm nature and be able to work well under pressure.
  • It is an excellent opportunity to learn and progress and would suit an established Chef de Partie seeking a new challenge.
