An opportunity is available for a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in the pastry kitchen of a 5* luxury hotel that offers its guests the highest levels of standards and service in the multi-award-winning dining options. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will receive plenty of training to further develop your skills in the pastry section. You will be working with high-quality ingredients and helping to create restaurant desserts, banqueting desserts, pastries, baked goods, and afternoon teas to exceptional standards. Requirements:
It is important that all chefs applying for this role have good kitchen and food knowledge, along with experience in a fresh food preparation kitchen for a high-quality hotel or restaurant. An affinity for the pastry section with a desire to focus your career in this area is essential.
