Candidates must have an enhanced DBS completed within the last year and be able to work daytime hours. Experience at least at Sous Chef level and comfort with all sections in fast-paced kitchens is required.
Applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK; transport is not essential but advantageous. There are year-round contracts available across the region.
