A Sous Chef position is available at a luxury country house hotel and resort which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining in all the hotel food outlets. In this role of Sous Chef, you will be assisting to run one of the restaurants in the hotel and will work closely with the group executive chef. The restaurant offers an elegant open-plan dining space serving an all-day seasonally changing menus fusing Italian and American Cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. In this sous chef position you will be working 45 hours a week with a team of 20 chefs and will be cooking from Specs.

Requirements:

  • An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced Sous Chef with at least 2 years experience in a similar high-quality restaurant or brasserie setting.
  • A Sous Chef who is strong in both cookery and management.
