A Head Chef role is available at a four star, multi-outlet resort hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of chefs. The property has a brasserie with menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce and separate bar menus. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests.
In this Head Chef role you will support the Exec Head by being responsible for the smooth running and management of the 100 cover brasserie. You will be responsible for training and developing junior staff and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
Requirements:
- CVs will be considered from Head Chefs with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations.
- A CV that reflects experience of fresh British cooking, the ability to run a kitchen, and successful staff training.
- You must be able to demonstrate that you can remain calm under pressure.
