The Chef owner of a renowned seafood restaurant located in a stunning Scottish coastal town is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team. The restaurant is busy all year round serving locals and destination visitors, with dishes on the menus created using fresh seasonally and daily changing fish and shellfish harvested locally, and including meat and vegetarian options. This is a hands-on role and you will be leading from the front, giving you the opportunity to put your own ideas and dishes on the menu and make your mark.
