The position of a Sous Chef to help the exec chef maintain an excellent standard of service at a multi-outlet food site near Grantham. As Sous Chef, you will assist in overseeing the food and kitchen operations for dining areas offering different cuisines, atmospheres, and interiors, ranging from fine dining in the brasserie to family-friendly rustic burgers and grills, and a café that also serves afternoon teas.
