The owners of a luxury holiday resort located in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside are seeking an experienced Head Chef to modernise and revamp the menus offered in the 100 cover restaurant. The brasserie style concept will introduce seasonally changing dishes prepared using fresh local produce. This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to make their mark on a property and responsibilities will include menu design, implementing standards and systems to ensure that a quality service is provided for the onsite customers. The hours are mainly daytime but you will be required to work some evenings as well, to accommodate for functions and weddings. This is an ideal position for a forward-thinking and ambitious Head Chef.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at Head Chef level with experience in multi outlet fresh food operations.
  • An ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer progression within an expanding company would be ideal.
  • It is essential that you are a strong team leader and have a sound knowledge of kitchen systems and paperwork.
