An exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join a newly opening bistro in Huddersfield to assist in the start-up process. The bistro will offer all-day dining, with dishes made using fresh foods, seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers, and is estimated to cater for approximately 1000 covers weekly.

In this role of Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu design, setting up the newly refurbished kitchen, and implementing paperwork.
