The Group Exec Head of this fantastic property which is being fully refurbished is seeking a Head Chef to assist with the reopening and then management of the kitchen. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and fine dining in its award winning restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a 2AA rosette standard. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Head Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.

June start, working 4 days over 7 and 40hr week.

Requirements

  • An experienced Head Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position.
  • A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
