Overview
The Owners of a popular and successful small independent pub are seeking a Head Chef at one of their recently refurbished inns located in the heart of the Peak district. The inn serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is very busy all year round, especially during the tourist season. Simple pub food with dishes made from fresh ingredients using locally sourced suppliers and a regular changing specials board.
In this role of Head Chef you will be joining an excellent small company that will offer you long term stability. You will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the kitchen including training of junior members of staff.
Requirements:
- An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a high quality and volume fresh food pub.
