Head Chef – SB2431

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a stable company that has an excellent reputation. This luxury 2 AA Rosette multi outlet hotel is busy all year round but especially during the holiday periods offering a variety of different outlets and menus. As Head Chef, you will organise, monitor and train the brigade of 10 chefs working in one of the busy outlets reporting directly to the Exec Chef. In this position of Head Chef, you will be responsible for the service of breakfast, lunch and dinner service menus, all dishes are made using quality fresh seasonal produce and you will also utilise the kitchen garden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join a progressive company.

Requirements:

The Exec Head Chef is seeking a passionate Head Chef who has solid previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens and has very strong organisational skills.
