An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a successful company at one of their resort Hotels located in Herefordshire. This is a very busy venue all year round, catering for 200 plus guests in two different styles of restaurants. The hotel offers buffet breakfast, brasserie style restaurant lunchtimes and a la carte dinner menus which are regularly changing.
As Sous Chef you will invest time to assist in the training, development and support of a brigade of 14 chefs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to progress within an established company whilst being fully supported. You will work 40 hours a week split shift pattern, excellent company benefits.
Requirements:- The Head Chef is seeking an experienced Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen.
