A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a successful company at one of their 4* multi outlet corporate Spa Hotels located near Chester. As Sous Chef, you will assist the Senior staff to organise, monitor and train the large brigade of chefs. The spa hotel has a restaurant that offers differing menu choices serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. There is also a busy afternoon tea service, a separate bar menu for all day diners and a busy function and banqueting department which is popular for weddings. This is a great chance to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress within the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential.
