A Country Spa retreat in a stunning location in Staffordshire is seeking a Sous Chef. The property is a busy venue, serving fresh, locally sourced food and has a capacity of 250 sit down covers. All day dining is available, afternoon teas are catered for together with facilities for conferences, corporate dining, weddings and parties. The dining options are varied for the multiple rooms and spaces available and an emphasis is placed on all guests receiving a five star experience.
Requirements
- A Sous Chef who has proven experience in multi site venues and has been working for a minimum of 2 years at this level, together with some banqueting background.
- A Sous Chef who works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines.
