An exciting opportunity for an experienced Banqueting Head Chef to take charge of the Banqueting department at a luxury spa hotel in Crewe, which offers high quality fresh food in all of its outlets. The busy banqueting department, with its separate well-equipped kitchen, provides meals for functions, weddings, celebrations, and large events within its multiple function rooms.
As Banqueting Head Chef, you will lead the department and be responsible for training and developing the 9 junior chefs to ensure customer expectations are maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with talented and enthusiastic chefs where you have plenty of opportunities to progress within an established company.
Requirements:
- Experience working in quality multi-outlet hotels with busy banqueting departments.
- Very organised with excellent communication skills.
