This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy hotel who are looking for a highly motivated Demi/Chef de Partie to join the team in the kitchens of their 4 star, multi award winning hotel in Northumberland. The hotel offers a range of busy dining operations and it is essential that the exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel offers fine dining, serving fresh food seasonally changing dishes, has a very popular bar menu and caters for private dining, functions and weddings.
As Demi/Chef de Partie you will receive training and gain experience under the guidance of the head chef and a committed brigade.
RequirementsThis role would suit a Demi/Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in their career. It is essential that all applicants have a proven track record of working in a high volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 2 Rosette standard. A sound knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
