Prepare a variety of products using local seasonal ingredients as part of a collaborative team. Support kitchen operations and contribute to quality standards and efficiency.
Qualifications
Organised, a good communicator, quality driven, with meticulous attention to detail. Innovative, creative and determined to be the best. Passionate and genuinely interested in products. Well-presented, adaptable and a good team player. Must be able to work shifts between Monday to Saturday over 5 days, 40 hours a week.
