A privately owned, award-winning restaurant is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for the main kitchen. The restaurant offers modern European fine dining dishes with the cooking having achieved two AA Rosettes and plenty of recognition as a leading venue to dine.
In this role of Chef de Partie, you will be assisting the team in the running of the kitchen. The restaurant prides itself on attention to detail, so you will need to be able to work to a high standard. You will be using top-quality ingredients which are sourced from the best suppliers.
Requirements:
- An experienced Chef de Partie who is looking to progress and is passionate and ambitious is required for this role.
- Experience of working in properties with similar qualities and a minimum one AA Rosette is required for this role.
