This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful small company at one of their newly opening and refurbished ventures including an updated Kitchen. They are looking for a highly motivated Chef de Partie to join the team in the kitchens of a 4 star, multi award winning boutique hotel situated in the Peak District. The hotel offers a range of busy dining operations and it is essential that the exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel offers a 3 rosette acclaimed restaurant serving fresh food seasonally changing dishes, has a very popular bar menu and caters for private dining. As Chef de Partie you will receive training and gain experience under the guidance of a renowned head chef and a committed brigade.
Requirements:
