A fast paced fresh food restaurant, located in a garden centre in Lincolnshire, has a role available for a Chef de Partie. The venue offers breakfast, lunches, snacks and light bites all prepared to a good quality and produced on site. The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie who can understand the basic sauces, soups etc. in order to complete your prep so that you can perform well in the pressure of busy service times. The role would be ideal for a chef seeking better working hours as you will be working straight shifts 40 hours over 5 days.
