An exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a committed team of 6 chefs at a 2AA rosette English country inn with rooms. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with the finest quality, fresh seasonal ingredients to create modern dishes based on traditional British pub meals which have been refined to create a fine dining plate. As Chef de Partie you will work split shifts and be expected to control your section in the kitchen ensuring that you are fully prepared for service. You will be joining a reputable group so will have the opportunity to progress within the company.

Requirements:

A hard working and ambitious Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie who has a minimum 2 years experience of working in high quality, fresh food kitchens ideally to two AA Rosette level is required for this role. Knowledge of a number of sections in the kitchen especially larder and sauce would be an advantage as you may be moving around the sections.

*Due to the location of this property it is essential that applicants have their own transport*
