The Executive Chef of this well-run City hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie who can maintain the high standard of fresh food served in the fine dining restaurant that currently holds 1 AA rosette but the Exec Chef is pushing for 2 rosettes. The hotel offers breakfast, has an award-winning restaurant, a brasserie dining restaurant, serves afternoon teas, Sunday lunches, and has a thriving banqueting and conferencing department. The kitchen is a good size and as Chef de Partie, you will be working across the kitchen sections and receive excellent training to progress your career. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and progressive team of chefs.
Requirements: This role would suit an experienced Commis chef seeking their first Chef de Partie position or a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in their career. This position would be ideal for an enthusiastic and committed chef who has a proven track record of working in a fresh food operation.
