An exciting opportunity is available for a chef de partie and a demi chef de partie to work alongside the chef patron at an exceptionally high quality restaurant that offers its guests multi award winning dining. You will be responsible for creating modern British dishes using a wealth of locally reared, farmed and foraged produce under the guidance of the award winning chef patron. You will be working with high quality ingredients to produce dishes for the lunch time and evening tasting menus and Sunday lunches.
Requirements
- It is important that all chefs applying for this role have worked as a chef de partie or demi chef de partie in a fine dining kitchen preferably to Michelin standard.
