The Exec Chef of a group of pubs is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the group at one of its flagship pubs in a beautiful countryside setting near Clitheroe. The pub is very busy with a high turnover, offering all day dining and Sunday lunches of which the menus are semi branded. They require a Chef de Partie that can maintain the standards that are expected by the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the pub's good reputation in the area.
As Chef de Partie you will need to work closely with the motivated team of 12 chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The seasonally changing semi branded fresh food menus consist of favourite pub dishes and as Chef de Partie you will have an input on the specials.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at chef de Partie level and have experience of fresh food volume pubs or restaurants.
- A Chef that is organised, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
