Overview
The Exec Chef of a group of pubs is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the group at one of its flagship pubs in a beautiful setting in Cheshire. The pub, which also has rooms, is very busy with a high turnover, and the menus are semi branded. They require a Chef de Partie that can take ownership of their section and maintain the standards that are expected by the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the pubs good reputation in the area. The menus consist of favourite pub dishes using a mixture of fresh and brought in produce, and the occasional private dining, events and afternoon teas are also catered for.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at Chef de Partie level and have experience of fresh food volume pubs or restaurants. A Chef that is a good team player, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
