Superb Opportunity. The Owners of this fantastic property are seeking a Chef de Partie to assist with the running of the dining at a hotel situated at an upmarket holiday resort. The restaurant and bar offer informal and relaxed all-day dining and are extremely busy during the peak season. The menus consist of light bites, sharing platters, a grill section, and stone-baked pizzas, all prepared from fresh, locally produced ingredients as much as possible. The hotel also has a popular and busy afternoon tea service. The property needs a Chef de Partie who can work well with the team of 20 chefs closely and is capable of running sections under pressure whilst mentoring the junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • An experienced Chef de Partie who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the property's expectations is needed to take on this position.
  • A stable background working in similar high-volume, multi-outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
