A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join a well-established international hotel company at one of their stunningly located, newly renovated hotels in the Scottish landscape. The kitchen of the property has a team of six committed and experienced chefs, and you will be working alongside a renowned head chef. The restaurant has 50 covers and offers high-end bistro style menus with dishes produced from the best fresh seasonal ingredients not only from Scotland but also across the wider British Isles.

In this position of Chef de Partie, you will be creating dishes that reflect the rich culinary heritage of the region, and full training will be given. The hotel is situated in a stunning location on the banks of a lake just 1 hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh. The company believes in investing in their staff; full training will be given so that you can progress to sous and head chef level. As this is an international company, you will also have the opportunity to work overseas.

Requirements:

  • A Chef de Partie who has experience working in a kitchen where dishes are cooked using high quality, fresh ingredients.
  • The role needs a chef who not only wants to progress their career but also enjoys living and working in the countryside.
