A live in position for a Chef de Partie is on offer for this 4 star hotel. As Chef de Partie you will have an important role of working as part of the 12 strong brigade to help keep the standards expected from this high quality hotel. You will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly. The menus will consist of dishes using fresh seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers as much as possible. This hotel is very busy and therefore you will need to be able to keep calm and work well under pressure.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a good quality fresh food property. You must have a stable background, be enthusiastic, and want to develop your skills within a strong team.
