The Head Chef of this well run City hotel is seeking a Sous Chef who can maintain the high standard of fresh food served at the hotel in his absence. The hotel offers breakfast, has an award winning restaurant, a brasserie dining restaurant, serves afternoon teas, Sunday lunches and has a thriving banqueting and conferencing department. The kitchen is a good size and as Sous Chef you will be assisting in menu planning and leading a brigade of Chefs, so good leadership skills are also required. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and progressive brigade of chefs working straight shifts and 39 hours a week.
Requirements: This role would suit a strong Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. This position would be ideal for a chef who has a stable and proven track record of working in multi outlet fresh food operations.
