An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a successful company at one of their resort hotels in the West Midlands. In this role you will be working in the kitchen that serves a number of menu options, ranging from 2 AA a la carte dishes to chefs table and a Sunday Carvery. The restaurant also benefits from a theatre kitchen where you will prepare and cook dishes in view of the guests. The menus are seasonally changing and during busy evening services the team delivers up to 300 covers. The kitchen is run by an experienced executive head chef and you will be joining a stable team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress within the company.
Requirements:
- The Exec Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in a fine dining kitchen at Sous Chef level or above.
