Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join the team at a 2 Rosette Gastro Pub, serving freshly prepared modern British food from locally sourced ingredients. The establishment has a very strong pro-environmental compass always looking to reduce their carbon footprint.

In the role of Pastry Chef, you will be working primarily on Pastry on your own or alongside an apprentice.

Requirements:

  • A Pastry Chef who is experienced in working in kitchens accredited up to two Rosette level is required for this position.
  • It is important that you are a creative chef capable of designing your own dishes and have dishes that you can bring to the department.
  • All chefs must be able to demonstrate excellent teamwork and have a passion to provide a quality service every time.
