An exciting Junior Sous Chef position is available at an exclusive resort hotel in Northamptonshire with a reputation for offering guests exclusive quality dining. The hotel has 2 restaurants, and this Junior Sous Chef position is for the fine dining restaurant which serves modern British, seasonal dishes from the “a la carte” menu prepared to 3 AA Rosette standard.

In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be joining a team of committed chefs working in the kitchen with direct responsibility for the fine dining restaurant. You will also be required to assist the Head Chef with the management of the small team of junior chefs and the day to day running of the kitchen.

Requirements

  • A focused and ambitious Junior Sous Chef who has recently been working in a 3 AA Rosette accredited venue for a minimum of 2 years.
  • A chef with all round skills in the kitchen who is capable of leading others whilst also running the service whilst under pressure.
  • Due to the location of this hotel it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
