This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company at one of their Country Inns. They are looking for a highly motivated Head Chef to work closely with the General Manager of a 5 star boutique hotel. The hotel offers a range of busy dining options and it is essential that the exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel offers a 1 rosette restaurant serving a quality fresh food modern British menu as well as serving Afternoon Tea. This is an excellent property and as Head Chef you will be leading a brigade of 11 Chefs whilst remaining hands on when service requires. It is important that the current standards of food served are maintained and pushed to the next level to ensure the popularity of the venue is continued.

Requirements:

  • This role would suit a Head Chef looking for a new challenge in their career.
  • It is essential that all applicants have a proven track record of working in a high volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 1 Rosette standard.
  • Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
