We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Bakers to join the Roll Boys production team. This role is hands-on in the kitchen, supporting our bakers with the preparation, rolling, and assembly of our signature cinnamon rolls. You'll play a key part in making sure production runs smoothly, trays are organised, and the kitchen remains clean and tidy at all times. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to be part of a growing food brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in rolling, shaping, and assembling cinnamon rolls to brand standards.
- Organise and prepare trays for baking, freezing, or proofing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen workspace throughout shifts.
- Support the bakers with daily production schedules and tasks.
- Follow all food hygiene, allergen, and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock rotation, ingredient prep, and storage as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen prep experience.
- Must be comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods and some lifting.
- Flexibility during weekends 06:00-18:00 and Thursdays 14:00-22:00.
